I am back with an OOTD! I know its been weeks since I've posted one of these and if you've read my announcement a few days ago, you would know that I've switched to being a beauty blog. However, that doesn't mean I will not have a few fashion related post from time to time. Anyhow, here's my OOTD!

Outfit details:

Top: Poncho from H&M, White long-sleeve from my mom

Bottom: Leggings from Garage

Shoes: Booties from TopShop

I got this knitted poncho on my birthday 3 weeks ago from my mom and I love it to death! I've wanted one of these for so long but the number of designs and style overwhelmed me. Anyhow, I'm glad my mom got this for me cause I don't have to worry about getting one. Haha.

I am noticing that ponchos and oversized scarves are the fashion items for this fall season! Everyone and anyone is wearing them. Stores from high-end to the local brands are selling them wherever I go. And I get it. Its fashionable yet comfy. It gives you an effortless look without the work. So I think you should have one in your closet if you don't already!

I hope that you gained some inspiration from this! Tune in a few days for a beauty haul or review. I am still debating which one to do since I already did a haul last time.

Before I begin, I would like to say HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my fellow Canadians reading this! Enjoy the good food and good company! Most of all be thankful for all the wonderful things that has happened in your life!

Today's OOTD is all about that fall universal colour. BLACK. Its easy to pair with and it somehow brings me warmth during the cold weather. This is so far my favourite outfit for the fall time. I actually have a 70s fall inspired OOTD that I am still figuring out but that is for another time. Anyhow, here is the look!

Outfit details:

Top: Old Navy; Leather Jacket: Forever 21

Bottom: Garage

Shoes: Topshop

Wearing all black during the fall time is not a crime. Its actually the "in" thing to do. You will look like a bad ass because of the leather jacket and mostly when you pair it with a dark lip and a slightly strong contour, the whole look looks bomb dot com!

As you can see, I was totally feeling the look. Haha. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this OOTD and gained some inspiration. I'll catch you in a few days for my #midweekbeauty.

Dark colours is the theme for today's OOTD. Even though the weather is somewhat still hanging on to Summer, my outfits are ready for Fall! There's something about autumnal clothing that comforts me and I am so excited to shop for more.

Outfit details:
Top: Old Navy
Cardigan: Top Shop
Bottom: Garage
Shoes: Top Shop

I find that pairing clothes during the fall season is so much easier compared to summer and spring. You don't have to feel obligated to wear bright, flowery clothes because dark, and monochromatic is acceptable. I even completed my outfit by wearing brown lips and an intense contour which is so fall ready!

There are no rules for this season so enjoy pairing different shades of black and grey because that's what I'll be doing! But, of course, since the weather is starting to get colder, comfort and style are the two things you need to keep in mind when it comes to dressing up this season.

Next week, I will be showing you how to create a night time glam eye makeup appropriate for fall! I am so excited to show you the look I created because its the most intense I've ever done and it looks so good!

OOTD: One Last Time For Summer

Hey, hey, hey!

If you have read my last #OOTDSunday post then you know how excited I am for Fall. However, I was for some reason beginning to miss Summer. So for today's ootd, I sort of mixed both seasons in the outfit I was wearing.

Basically this is like my last summer outfit post. I have said that before but its not my fault the weather wanted to be sunny and all. Anyways, hope you get inspired somehow... ;)

Outfit details:
Top: Croptop from Boathouse // Kimono from Boathouse
Bottom: Garage
Shoes: (?)

I really enjoyed wearing this Kimono from Boathouse. I got it on sale (of course) for around $12 which is such a good deal! I had a hard time pairing it to any of my tops because of the Aztec print. Thankfully, I found this blue flowy top where I also wore a white crop top underneath that I could match with the kimono.

Probably the hardest part of this outfit was the wedge sandals I was wearing. I literally have a skin burn on the pad of my foot because of the friction. I don't remember where my mom bought this but I would type it down as soon as I find out.

You can say that this is my way of saying goodbye to summer. Haha. Anyhow, I am so excited for this week's #MidweekBeauty because I will be featuring a simple fall eye look! EEEEKKK!! So keep a lookout for that one!

Okay, I kinda forgot to post this last night. I didn't realize that I slept early. Anyways, at least now I am here and posting in the morning!

Is anyone excited for Fall? I am so excited and can't wait for Fall to start! It officially begins on the 23rd so you may want to mark your calendars and get ready for the wardrobe change.

There are so many things about Fall that I can't wait for like the outfits, makeup looks, the leaves changing, the tasty hot drinks and so much more! I wore this look like a few weeks ago and its sort of Fall appropriate. Maybe? I don't know. I mean its definitely not for summer. Anyhow, hope you enjoy..? Okay. AWKWAAAARD.

To be honest, my favourite thing about Fall is the transition from Summer to Fall. Its probably because there are days when its super sunny while its cold and windy at the same time. I just love that!

The thing I like about this look is probably the jean jacket from Levi's. I don't really wear jackets like this because it never crossed my mind. However, now that I found this from my sister's closet (my mom owns it by the way) I can't stop wearing it!

And of course, I wore my favourite watch and ring from Charming Charlie and Icing. The shoes are also one of my faves even though its not mine. *Sigh* Oh, if it looks familiar to you that's because I also wore this on my first OOTD post.

I seriously can't wait to show you my Fall ootds. I am also excited to show some makeup looks so you might one to keep an eye for that!

If you read the title, you might've wondered why its called "Casual Saturday". Well, this is the first time I ever took photo of my clothes that wasn't on a Sunday. In other words, this OOTD features what I wore yesterday to a birthday dedication. Yes, folks! I am starting to do pre-shoots if that's what you call it to have photos ready in my USB. So I am taking this to the next level-ish! Haha. Anyhow, let me show you my OOTD...

If you have been reading my blog for awhile, everything that I am wearing looks familiar to you. I mixed and matched clothes that I already featured to show to you a different look. What I like about my outfit is that it could be worn on a casual day with friends or on a date night by adding a clutch.

You could wear sneakers or flats for this look if you're not comfortable with wearing heels. I opted to wear these platform wedges that my mom bought from Payless. Its from a brand called Brash. I tried looking for the exact one anywhere but they're sold out. Anyways, the only reason I wore them is because it makes the look less casual looking. Like, it doesn't look like you're-going-to-the-mall-casual but you're-going-to-a-day-event-casual. Get it?

Today's #OOTDSUNDAY is all about pastels, hence, the title. I actually didn't intend on wearing pastels today. I only realized I was after church service. Anyhow, I am loving the Vancouver weather today! Its like my favourite because its sunny while chilly at the same time. I had a hard time taking photos because I was under the shade and it was windy the whole time so I was a bit cold. So hope you enjoy my attempt on keeping a straight face while I was somewhat freezing...

I went shopping 2 days ago because I was honestly in need of new clothes. I noticed that I was repeating the same clothes whenever I go to work or go out with my friends. The top was from Old Navy and was on sale for 50% off. If you have been reading my blog for awhile, you know that I cannot resist a good deal! Anyways, I probably bought four new tops where I only paid around C$35! Isn't that crazy? Let me tell you, do not be afraid of buying things on sale whether they are from a high end brands or from a market.

Anyhow, the pants I'm wearing are actually hand me downs from my mom. I used to have a hard time pairing them with any of my tops. Now I just pair them with any bold or pastel coloured shirt or blouse from the same or similar shade!

My favourite part of this look is the shoes. I mean look at them! I bought them from a store called Sirens and was surprised when its from the brand, Charlotte Russe. To this day, I don't know if they're real or knock-offs because I only bought them for C$10. LIKE WHAAT? But they did hurt my feet though to be completely honest.

I was actually wearing a jacket with this look but I did not include photos wearing them because they look weird on with the shoes. But I am holding it at the photo below...

For today's #OOTDSunday, is kind of exciting while may or may not show my laziness. Honestly, I didn't want to think of what to wear so I just wore something I believe everyone should have. I've gotten compliments of my outfit when really I didn't put any effort to it which was surprising to me. Haha. So here's the ootd...

Outfit details:
Dress: Joe Fresh

GUYS. I FINALLY HAVE A T-SHIRT DRESS! I've been looking for one every since my friends started wearing them. Just so you know, I did not buy this because of peer pressure or to conform to the trend but rather because I believe its a staple piece that everyone should have. Why? Because when you're having one of those lazy days where you don't want to put too much effort into your outfit, but still want to look cute this is the one you need.

I found the dress when my mom and I went grocery shopping last week. I didn't know why we went straight to the clothing section of the Superstore when we should've been grabbing food for our house. Anyhow, this was actually on clearance for around $11-$12, so I just grabbed it and didn't let go.

The dress mostly looks casual (what I meant was that it could also look classy/semi-formal-ish) so I paired it up with one of my favourite sandals from Ardene which has been featured in one of my ootds. I never felt so comfortable my whole life. Honestly I am planning on buying more t-shirt dresses. I am actually eyeing the ones from Garage but its kind of expensive so I'm still thinking about it. Haha.

I also wore a statement necklace and rings from Icing which I thought made the whole look more put together. I really enjoyed my outfit today plus I was happy that I found this dress which is now my favourite! Do you have any type of clothing that you really love? Share it and comment down below!
